Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains and repairs boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and lines used to distribute steam and heated or processed water.
• Operates, repairs and maintains refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, traps, and related components for temperature control.
• Operates, maintains and repairs air compressors and distribution lines with valves for air control.
• Maintains gas distribution lines and associated equipment, including control devices and safety systems.
• Inspects and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems; performs minor building maintenance and repairs.
