Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in complex facilities operations.
• Current Stationary Engineer License or comparable education/licensing.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required or must be obtained within 90 days.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining central building mechanical systems and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Assist Chief Engineer with daily coordination and prioritization of work.
• Mentor and train staff, supervise engineering teams, and coordinate with contractors.
