Job summary

Worley in Cameron, Louisiana is seeking an experienced mechanical engineering leader for LNG project delivery. You will lead technical solutions, guide on-site construction and commissioning, and coordinate with diverse teams to ensure safe, compliant execution from design through turnover.

Ideal candidates hold 12+ years in heavy industry LNG/oil & gas with a PE preferred, and can mentor teams while managing multi-discipline interfaces on complex projects.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of engineering experience in heavy industrial, oil & gas, LNG/FLNG construction.
Strong background in discipline work and knowledge of codes, standards and practices.
Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Lead on-site support for construction, commissioning, or turnover.
Oversee on-site installation and mechanical completion of critical rotating assets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integrated project delivery.
Support procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
