Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Standards Specialist, to join our Enterprise Regulatory Intelligence within Enterprise Regulatory Compliance. You will coordinate revisions to enterprise quality standards, partner with SMEs, and manage document publication and governance.

The role supports quality program metrics, tool updates, and AI-enabled workflows while ensuring governance and data integrity across the enterprise standards content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, quality, regulatory affairs, engineering or related field.
• At least five years of quality experience in a regulated industry; pharma/medical device experience preferred.
• Experience with controlled-document authoring, revision and approval workflows in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end revisions of enterprise quality standards and track change requests.
• Collaborate with sector SMEs and standards owners for content updates.
• Route documents through the DMS for review and approval per procedures.
