Waymo is seeking an Engineering Manager based in New York, New York. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team focused on scaling evaluation and ML development, contributing to engineering and data science projects. A successful candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and extensive experience with C++, SQL, and Python.

The salary range for this position is between $281,000 and $356,000 USD, along with eligibility for annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 7+ years of industry experience with C++, SQL, and Python.
• Experience managing teams of up to 8 people.
• Familiarity with statistical methods including hypothesis testing and experiment design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tools for mining novel situations from driving logs.
• Build automation for mining and sampling ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers.
