Coupang is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide, technically complex programs with high impact. This role focuses on Tech Strategy & Execution, architecture, and data-driven outcomes across AI/ML and cloud tech.

It requires strong leadership, deep technical depth, and delivery across the SDLC in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will drive platform enhancements, collaborate with business and engineering teams, and manage quarterly and annual goals with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience solving complex problems and identifying root causes.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly and present insights to senior leadership.
• Experience working with large structured/unstructured data and deriving business insights.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
