• Experience translating product requirements into engineering specs and verification plans.
• Strong systems engineering background for electro-mechanical robotics or vehicles.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and AMR/industrial vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into complete system specifications (L2+).
• Define architectures and interfaces for autonomous platforms.
• Own requirements decomposition across mechanical and software domains.
• Develop system verification plans, test criteria, and acceptance methods.
• Lead trade studies, risk assessments, and safety-focused decisions.
• Ensure safety certification support and compliance through design reviews.
• Collaborate with product, safety, hardware, firmware, software, and test teams.
• Drive system readiness milestones and cross-functional reviews.
• Support integration, debugging, and validation during development.
