Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose, CA is seeking an engineer to develop and extend a trace‑driven power/thermal simulation engine, integrating power macromodels, workload traces, and thermal solvers into a coherent, scalable flow. You will build or extend simulation frameworks, interface with IP‑level models, and ensure reproducible results across power and thermal domains. Flexible onsite work aligns with our policy.

Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills,and experience. Base Pay Range

$189,000 — $301,000 USD
