Job summary

On-site in San Francisco, a small team builds AI-powered products and infrastructure for business users. You will own major product modules end to end, turning open-ended goals into simple, production-ready tools that customers can use independently.

You will lead end-to-end ownership of products across AI agents, app building, and SaaS capabilities, collaborating with leadership to define requirements and iterate based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Typically 2 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering.
• Strong full-stack skills with TypeScript, React, and production databases such as Postgres, Redis, or ClickHouse.
• Evidence of owning and shipping a complete product module, not just small features or bug fixes.
• Production experience with Temporal or a comparable durable workflow orchestration system.
• Experience managing infrastructure as code with CDK or Terraform and orchestrating server or container fleets using Kubernetes or Docker on AWS.
• Strong production database skills, including schema design, scaling, and performance tuning.
• Daily experience with AI coding tools and the ability to explain your workflow.
• At least one year at a fast-growing startup or high-bar product or developer tools company, or relevant founder experience.
• Experience building infrastructure for AI agents or machine learning workloads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding tools in your daily development workflow to work efficiently and move quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $200,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
