We are currently seeking a hands-on technical engineering leader with experience in building Ad formats/products and infrastructure innovation. The role involves enhancing product development velocity, standardizing formats infrastructure, considering end-to-end impact (Ad rendering, Ad serving, ranking, measurement), and accelerating new formats innovation. We value someone who can collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries to find solutions and is unafraid to dive into the details to create scalable solutions. Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of Technical Leadership experience
• Operated as Senior Staff or above for more than 2 years
• Worked in Ads Domain for more than 5 years and is an expert in Ad-tech internal and ecosystem
• Shipped software that has consumer usage (Ad Formats, Ad Reporting, Ad Manager, Ad Insights). Led/Drove work through vertical team(s) (Full Stack Team, backend, web and mobile)
• Understands privacy landscape and has negotiated with privacy teams on behalf of ads
• Track record of delivering high impact ads products
• Familiar with Ads privacy (GDPR, CCPA, ePD, ATT, etc.)
• Can deliver through others as well as doing hands-on work
• Adept communicator with experience communicating with and updating executives

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to enhance value for our advertisers by understanding the various aspects of pre-click, post-click enhancements and ensuring it matches well with company priorities
• Enhance infrastructure to make enhancements of formats faster and increase portability of solutions across various placements
• Lead projects from concept, design, implementation, to rollout, ensuring the highest quality and performance
• Bring in ideas from across the industry to enhance the Ad product portfolio
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to discover and build new Ad functionality and products. Be a thought leader in this process
• Connect across various ad teams to create advertiser value by focusing across end-to-end solutions
• Mentor staff engineers and leaders, share industry knowledge, and contribute to the technical growth of the team

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is:

$232,500 - $325,500 USD
