The qualified candidate will provide oversight to multiple program teams. These program teams will consist of a diverse group of engineers with a focus on hardware integration and test at the subsystems level. Senior Staff engineers should have a demonstrated ability in technical and team leadership overseeing engineers with experience at least at the Sr. Principal level.
Responsibilities may include subsystem analysis including hardware from RF to digits, performance modeling, support for performance testing, and more. Work will be performed under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated.
These roles are contingent upon having a current Active Secret Clearance and future ability to achieve a SAP Clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $184,100.00 - $276,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
