Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.

  1. Develop eLearning, instructor led, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projects
  2. Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators
  3. Work independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to design training materials, acting in the role of lead designer, when needed
  4. Build performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report the effectiveness of training
  5. Ensure consistency and compliance in training programs
  6. Practice core4 values in all operational processes and procedures

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • 3+ years of learning design and development experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Articulate 360, Photoshop
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task
  • Possess strong quality decision-making skills
  • Must be flexible, manage change and ambiguity well, have strong organizational skills, and should be creative and solution-oriented
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Review evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implements recommendations for improvements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
