The QuickBooks Discovery & Engagement team is focused on transforming how we drive breakthrough adoption of our platform through in-product education, product led growth, and marketing. This team sets the strategy, creates delightful experiences, and builds AI-first capabilities that help customers discover and benefit from everything the platform can do.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead key customer journeys. This role will focus on designing mobile-first, AI-powered experiences that reduce friction and increase discovery, engagement, and retention.

  • Define and execute a customer backed strategy, owning prioritization of the highest impact customer journeys.
  • Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data science to enhance the funnel with AI-driven personalization and predictive engagement models.
  • Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture, running A/B tests to optimize the key metrics and inform strategy.
  • Utilize AI-driven segmentation to personalize journeys based on behavioral signals. - Define and track North Star and operational KPIs, such as engagement uplift and funnel drop-offs.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, growth marketing, and analytics to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strongpayfor performance rewards approach. The expected basepay range for this position is: Bay Area California $196,500 - $266,000, Southern California $179,000 - $242,500.This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits atIntuit: Careers | Benefits).Payoffered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.   • Deep expertise in AI/ML-driven personalization, web commerce, and mobile-first UI patterns
  • Data-driven decision maker who leverages A/B testing, behavioral insights, and ML models to optimize funnel performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, quickly iterating on hypotheses, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
