Epsilon is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer specializing in Data Visualization & Insights in Irving, Texas. This role requires a modern design sensibility, a strong portfolio in data-driven design, and the ability to drive collaboration across product, engineering, and data science teams.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in product design with a focus on analytics, a deep understanding of visualization principles, and experience leading cross-functional projects.

The Senior Staff Product Designer, Data Visualization & Insights will define how Epsilon's users understand, trust, and act on data. You'll lead the building of visualization systems and data‑driven experiences that go beyond showing information. They help marketers make decisions that increase campaign effectiveness and value. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and broad organizational influence, you'll tackle the most complex challenges at the intersection of data density, user cognition, and business outcomes. You bring a modern design sensibility that embraces AI as a tool for accelerating ideation and validation, while applying the rigor and systems thinking required across a shared platform used by many teams. This role is ideal for a deeply experienced designer who can turn raw data into proactive, actionable experiences and who knows how to drive alignment across product, engineering, and data science without relying on formal authority.
What you'll bring with you:
Compensation Range: USD $102,100.00 – $189,700.00 annually. This range reflects the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful applicant. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time and to offer additional benefits to qualifying candidates.
