Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in robotic systems design, preferably involving robotic hands.
• Deep expertise with CAD tools and material selection for precision mechanisms.
• Proven experience designing actuators using frameless motors and compact actuation systems.
• Strong background in designing custom gear trains and mechanism layouts.
• In-depth understanding of mechanical tolerances and precision assembly practices.
• Ability to run basic FEA simulations for strength and deformation analysis.
• Mastery of prototyping tools, fabrication techniques, and hands-on build experience.
