1910 seeks a Computational Theoretical Chemist II to lead computational chemistry programs across modalities and targets in Boston. You will collaborate with Biology and Medicinal Chemistry to support hit-to-lead and lead optimization, and work with ML Engineering to integrate AI-driven models into discovery workflows.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, co-authoring patents and papers, and presenting at conferences.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in computational chemistry or related discipline is required.
• 3+ years of industry experience in drug discovery or biotech is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with QC methods, MD simulations, FEP/TI, and QM/MM.

Responsabilités

• Own computational chemistry programs across modalities and targets.
• Collaborate with Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, ML Engineering teams to support hit-to-lead and lead optimization.
