Lead positioning, product marketing, and enterprise demand generation at Senior or Staff level for AI software built for regulated industries and critical operations.
The opportunity
Help define how Metrosion earns attention and trust. Translate technically complex AI software into a clear market position, a compelling customer story, and programs that create qualified enterprise opportunities.
Own the connection between customer insight, product positioning, content, launches, and demand generation. Work directly with company leadership, product, engineering, design, and sales to understand the workflows we serve and bring the right message to the right buyers.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with cross-functional leadership. You will write, research, build campaigns, examine results, and improve the work yourself while establishing practices that can grow with the company.
Senior & Staff scope
This opening considers candidates at Senior or Staff level. Senior Marketing Leads independently own an integrated marketing plan for a priority market or product area, from positioning and campaign development through sales handoff and measurement.
Staff Marketing Leads shape positioning and go-to-market direction across products or markets, resolve difficult audience and investment choices, establish shared marketing standards, and mentor colleagues. They connect individual campaigns to a coherent company narrative and long-term commercial strategy.
Experience minimums apply to the level under consideration; demonstrated ownership, judgment, scope, and commercial impact also determine level.
What you will do
- Research customer workflows, buyer priorities, market alternatives, and competitive claims; turn findings into focused audience segments and positioning.
- Develop the company narrative, product messaging, value propositions, and proof points for technical buyers, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Build launch and go-to-market plans with clear audiences, readiness criteria, channel choices, sales materials, and measures of success.
- Create and edit high-quality website copy, product explainers, articles, presentations, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
- Plan and run integrated demand programs across appropriate channels, including account-based outreach, search, paid media, email, webinars, and industry events.
- Partner with sales on target accounts, qualification criteria, lead handoff, and follow-up; use conversations and opportunity outcomes to improve messaging.
- Own campaign measurement and reporting, including conversion, sourced and influenced pipeline, acquisition efficiency, and the quality of resulting opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and channel experiments with clear hypotheses, spending discipline, and decisions to continue, improve, or stop a program.
- Work with technical colleagues to substantiate product, AI, security, and reliability claims before publication; communicate limitations accurately.
- Use AI tools to improve research, production, and analysis while verifying facts, protecting sensitive information, and maintaining a distinct editorial voice.
What you bring

- Experience working with product, engineering, and sales through complex enterprise buying cycles and evaluation processes.
- Practical understanding of AI capabilities, model limitations, evaluation, data requirements, and the concerns buyers bring to security-sensitive deployments.
- Ability to prioritize independently, move between strategy and execution, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and craft.
- Examples of positioning, launch plans, content, and campaign results that make your own contribution and impact clear.
