$170,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
In this role at Dexterity, you will work on building Machine Learning models for computer vision. Responsibilities include understanding current systems, augmenting and developing ML models, updating and scaling ML pipelines, and leveraging expertise in semantic and instance segmentation using platforms like PyTorch and TensorFlow. Experience with RGBD datasets, point clouds, ML and CV for autonomous vehicles or robotics, and proficiency in C++ and Python are critical. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure for training and deployment pipelines is also required. The role demands building high-performance models for low-latency inference, managing the full lifecycle from data collection to deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Required Skills: BS/MS/Ph.D. in CS, ML, or related; 5+ years of experience; building, training, deploying ML models with PyTorch and TensorFlow; strong C++ and Python skills; experience with profilers, debuggers, serving architectures, cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting interconnected systems; familiarity with Git and CI pipelines.
Nice to haves: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, startup environment.
