About the role
AI has boundless potential to transform wealth management — but only if it’s trustworthy enough for a regulated industry to actually rely on.We’rean early-stage, well-funded startup solving that problem: building the AI infrastructure wealth management firms need to move fast without giving up control, accuracy, or accountability.
We’refounded and led by operatorswho’vespent their careers at the top of the wealth and asset management industry — people building the platform they always wished existed. We’removing fast, and already live with design partners representing seriousscale.
What you’ll do
- Full-stack development. Buildacross our web and workflow products – front end, back end, andincreasingly the systems that support AI driven workflows.
- Solution and system architecture. Helpdecide how services, data, and agents fit together– notjustimplement someone else’s design.
- Data modeling and database design. Design the schemas, relationships, and data structures that underpin our platform—translating complex wealth-management concepts into data modelsthatareaccurate, extensible, and built to evolve.
- AI agents for real work. Build agentsthat handle multi-step business workflows and process unstructured documents.
- Build AI-forward by default. You’lltreat agentic tooling asagenuineforcemultiplier, not a novelty– writing specs that AI agentsimplement, andreviewingor directing their output.
- Operate as a business-focused technologist. You’llwork closely with clients and commercial stakeholders as a regular part of the job, not an occasional one – some engineers act as forward-deployed engineers today. Clear communication and product sense are as much a part of this role as the code.

- Experience with Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong professional experience with at least one of these languages.
- Data modeling and database design. Strong experience designing relational schemas and working with relational databases(PostgreSQL preferred), including thoughtful decisions about data structures, relationships, integrity, performance, and how models evolve over time.
