Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience of 10+ years
  • Strong experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, specializing in HRSD, ITSM, ServiceNow, and SPM
  • Experience with other modules such as ITOM, GRC, or HRSD, and knowledge of ITIL
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Deep understanding of business needs and designing processes to meet those needs
  • Ability to develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests
  • Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow using scripting languages such as UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and AngularJS
  • Ability to explore and learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to drive technology solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Effective collaboration skills across all organizational levels and departments
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in mentoring team members and keeping up with emerging technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing high-quality configurations
  • Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into effective technical designs
  • Mapping requirements to solutions and communicating them to developers
  • Evaluating different solutions to select the best fit for client needs
  • Establishing guidelines for non-functional requirements during project implementation
  • Creating design documents outlining overall architecture, framework, and high-level application design
  • Reviewing architecture and design for scalability, security, extensibility, user experience, and adherence to best practices
  • Designing solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks
  • Relating technology integration scenarios to project implementations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
