• At least 10 years of professional software product development experience in an Agile environment, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong expertise in functional programming, with proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend development.
• Solid experience with modern infrastructure tools and platforms such as AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical leadership while driving innovation and adoption of emerging technologies across a growing engineering organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence, enabling you to guide the evaluation and implementation of AI, automation, and modern platforms that shape scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and tackle complex challenges with precision and creativity. Accountabilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested software that addresses complex, real-world challenges in healthcare.

• Write robust code across the full application stack, with opportunities to specialize in front-end or back-end development.
