Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, manufacturing, industrial, ceramic, or related engineering.
• 10+ years leading complex process or capital projects with broad business impact.
• Expertise in process equipment, industrial systems, design, integration, and optimization.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and risks.
• Ability to lead across functions and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority and project leader for complex process equipment and slurry systems.
• Lead projects from concept through commissioning and handoff.
• Define and manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop engineering solutions balancing safety, quality, throughput, reliability, cost, and flexibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, supplier evaluations, FAT, and commissioning readiness.
• Monitor performance and address variances with recovery plans.
• Mentor engineers and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
• Travel up to 30% including international travel.
