What You’ll Do

Samsung Semiconductor Inc. is looking for a talent that has strong background and experience on layout design. The candidate will be developing the next generation memory technology.

The Senior Staff Engineer of Layout Design will be responsible for growing Samsung’s memory business, building technology leadership and market opportunities.

Location: Onsite at our San Jose office/headquarters 5 days a week with an average of 10% travel

• Design memory unit cell array, core layout, control logic layout.
• Build parametric cells for layout to improve design efficiency and standardization
• Collaborate with process integration and design engineer for core design architecture and technology co-optimization

What You Bring

Base Pay Range

$189,000 - $301,000 USD
