What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive solutions to support the Finance department's current and future needs using technical and functional systems expertise
- Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Technology teams to ensure organizational goals are met
- Lead design sessions to create efficient systems that meet business expectations
- Develop project roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and resource availability
- Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years of experience with Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and Financial Reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of Data processing/transformation using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT, etc.
- Ability to communicate and work with leaders across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP)
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
