What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical expertise to drive solutions supporting Finance needs
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Collaborate with Finance leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for a Finance Data Lake
- Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
