Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with test automation, release management, SDLC management for enterprise software products.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year architectural outlook and strategy for pre-production environments and SDLC management.
• Drive design, execution, and release governance for a new testing environment for Google Cloud Platform systems.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to enforce automated gatekeeping strategies to reduce production issues and outages.
• Mentor and grow a global engineering team, promoting engineering excellence and AI transformation.
