Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
• 5 years of experience in distributed application development, operations, service networking, policy management, or service governance.
• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities

• Enable App centric products in Cloud by setting technical direction and helping plan deliverables and milestones and drive execution.
• Lead a team of software engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance to team members.
• Guide the team through technical choices, balancing short-term needs versus long-term strategic goals.
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation strategies for App Hub.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.
