Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the evolution of AI-powered employee experiences across web and mobile. You will build end-to-end features, architect scalable services, and embed LLM/vector search to surface personalized content for a global workforce.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with global teams, and champion security, accessibility, and robust observability to ensure high reliability across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of full-stack product engineering, including 3+ years guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering consumer-grade web/mobile experiences at scale.
• Expertise in search, recommendation, or applied-AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, K8s, and automated CI/CD.
• Strong data-modeling with relational and NoSQL stores.
• Fluency in application security.
• Strong mentoring skills with vision and hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features powering AI-rich employee experiences across web and native apps.
• Architect performant services and UIs for a global workforce.
• Embed LLM and vector-search into product surfaces for relevance and learning.
• Own system design and code reviews; mentor engineers.
• Integrate HRIS, collaboration, and productivity platforms for cohesive journeys.
• Champion modern front-end patterns (React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) and cloud-native back-end practices.
• Instrument observability and SLA dashboards to support 24x7 reliability.
• Uphold security, privacy, and accessibility; share knowledge to boost velocity.
