Senior & Senior Staff, Hardware/Electrical Engineer openings

The Hardware/ Electrical Design Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including designers, customers, and project leaders, to drive high-quality product development. They incorporate feedback from various reviews to enhance designs across manufacturing, testing, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex projects.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling.
• Develop and test GPU/CPU systems, circuit boards, and storage media.
• Create high-speed data signal circuitry with Gigabit Ethernet networking switches.
• Manage non-technical project aspects (schedule, budget, documentation).
• Analyze customer specifications and recommend solutions.
• Lead strategic technology deployment and coordinate global efforts.
• Design systems that meet customer needs, including schematics and diagrams.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience with high-speed serial data protocols (SPI, I2C, USB).
• Familiarity with optical transceivers (SFP, OSFP, QFSP) and NRZ modulation.
• Proven technical leadership and knowledge of industry trends in AI and accelerated compute.
• Experience in rack design for compute platforms and knowledge of Broadcom chips is a plus.
• Strong organizational, planning, and program management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
