Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong experience in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience managing extensive, multi-region service platforms.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with container schedulers and runtimes (Docker, Rkt, OCI).
• Experience building deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Security awareness with security-standard methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development of distributed services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Ripple’s multi-region platforms.
• Build tools for automation, monitoring, and instrumentation to reduce operational friction.
• Lead discovery of next-generation solutions with wider engineering teams.
• Automate platform and lifecycle services with data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with product engineering to ensure production readiness.
• Promote DevOps-first principles across the organization.
