Qualifications

• 6+ years in controls, systems, or integration engineering.
• Deep experience with industrial communication protocols and hardware interfaces.
• Strong system-level debugging and root cause analysis skills.
• Proven track record of integrating third-party equipment in complex systems.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Impact reduces integration risk and field issues; accelerates deployment timelines; improves system reliability and scalability across programs.

Responsibilities
