Come join the Fintech Technical Strategy and Planning team as a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst. This role includes working with and supporting the management and leadership teams across partner organizations and requires strategic thinking, exceptional technical acumen, and data analytics skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and business acumen, attention to detail, the ability to drive process improvements, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and track strategic organizational KPIs that showcase organizational health data, such as engineering excellence, people, and program metrics. Consolidate these into a single, automated source of truth to measure success and align product, technology, and business functions.
- Continuously assess and improve organizational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and adaptability in delivering key programs and initiatives.
- Increase data maturity capability across the organization by building durable and scalable dashboard solutions, supporting data pipelines, and establishing a single source of truth for quick, data-driven decisions.
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into tools that visualize data and extract key business insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions swiftly.
- Lead the rollout of org-wide processes and tools to increase operational efficiency, understanding customer problems and providing root-cause solutions.
- Communicate business insights and recommendations based on data, aligned with Intuit and Fintech strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improving ways of working and lead the implementation of engineering standardization best practices in partnership with product development leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in driving operational efficiency within an engineering organization, with strong business analytics and data visualization skills.
- Expertise in building technical solutions for data visualization and KPI tracking.
- Background in computer science or a related degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to earn trust from sponsors and stakeholders, motivate teams, set strategic direction, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively in ambiguous environments.
