Qualifications

• 12+ years software engineering experience.
• 4+ years staff-plus level leadership in scalable infrastructures.
• Hands-on with blockchain protocols at node/protocol level.
• Experience applying AI/agent-based automation to reduce toil.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-quarter technical strategy for Blockchain Platform.
• Architect core infrastructure: nodes, indexers, wallets, and liquidity primitives.
• Lead end-to-end design of large cross-team architectural initiatives.
• Set engineering standards for security, reliability, testing, and observability.
• Drive data-driven reliability improvements using observability signals.
• Represent Blockchain Platform in executive forums and secure buy-in for bets.
