Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience in tech and product-driven companies.
• Former founder or early startup engineer is a plus.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages and distributed systems concepts.
• Enjoy building infrastructure that handles billions of requests and data.
• Care about reliability, safety, and performance in production environments.
• Interest in AI/ML; direct experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new platform capabilities and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and external customers to understand problems and implement solutions.
• Work with the research team to improve the next generation of models.
