A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney to manage Workers’ Compensation cases. This fully remote role requires a minimum of 5 years of legal experience and a California Bar license. Responsibilities include case analysis, preparing legal documents, and trial participation. Competitive compensation of $128,000 - $192,000 annually, with additional incentives.

This position will be a part of a collaborative learning environment offering remote work and onsite appearances in partnership with our Attorney Staff (approximately 4X annually). The team is committed to personal growth as we strive to provide excellent customer service to our insureds. This role is fully remote to applicants with an active California Bar license, whether they reside within California or elsewhere in the United States.
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $128,000 - $192,000
