This is not a traditional dashboard or reporting-focused role. You'll work on complex technical challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, product telemetry, and enterprise operations, with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how the business operates.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles; 8–10+ years typically expected for Staff-level consideration.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of data architecture, distributed systems, and technical tradeoffs.
• Experience building scalable data products, pipelines, or automated operational workflows.
• Proven ability to own technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, autonomous systems, hardware, or industrial technology.
• Exposure to telemetry, sensor data, or real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
