ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for the GAIL team, embedding into strategic customer engagements to drive AI adoption and value realization. You will shape the program's technical direction, own escalations, and build scalable infrastructure and knowledge systems to raise capability across the practice.

You will lead complex deployments, define roadmaps, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, engineering leadership, and customer success to translate field signals

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise product delivery.
• Deep experience deploying and integrating AI features and GenAI models.
• Strong judgment on prompt engineering and model reliability.
• A strategic mindset about standards, tooling, and scalability.
• Proven ability to build, own, and scale shared infrastructure and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presence across technical and executive audiences.

• Own the most complex GAIL and Go-Live engagements — large-scale enterprise deployments and high-stakes go-lives.
• Set the strategic direction for GAIL tooling and infrastructure and own the roadmap.
• Own and evolve the GAIL playbook and quality standards across the practice.
• Drive systemic improvements across customer engagements and translate patterns into changes.
• Mentor and develop the Team engineers and rotators.
• Partner with product, engineering leadership, and customer success to translate field signals into product improvements.
• Represent the program in customer-facing strategic conversations and executive engagements.
