Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience and 3+ years payroll processing experience.
• CPA or active pursuit preferred; strong GAAP knowledge and ERP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities and locations.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and support month-end close activities.
• Partner with HR on compensation changes, benefits, and employee transactions.
• Administer equity compensation programs, including stock options and RSUs.
• Maintain stock administration records and support related compliance reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage general ledger activities and intercompany transactions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
