Job summary

Exhibitus, a leading exhibit design and experiential marketing company, is seeking a Senior Accountant based in Tucker, GA. You will own monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting for project-based operations with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

The role requires 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare supporting schedules for financial reporting and audits.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Analyze monthly results and explain variances.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Create management reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve financial visibility and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Review project financial information for accuracy and completeness when needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or active pursuit of CPA
