The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare schedules for financial reporting and audits.
• Assist with year-end audit and tax support.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare accruals, prepaid expenses, and other month-end entries.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Research and resolve accounting issues and maintain documentation.
