Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree accepted in lieu.
• Hospitality or resort accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and accurate calculations; 10-key proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily revenue by verifying and posting transactions accurately and promptly.
• Identify and resolve posting discrepancies by investigating information.
• Prepare and post journal entries as required.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Review work prepared by other staff members as assigned.
• Protect confidentiality of company and guest financial information.
• Proactively cross-train accounting team to build department resilience
