Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant in Dallas, TX to strengthen financial processes around fixed assets, general accounting, and ERP optimization. The role focuses on accurate reporting under US GAAP and cross-functional collaboration with plant operations to support growth.

You will lead month-end close, support budgeting and forecasting, and work with ERP systems (Infor or Oracle preferred) to build scalable processes and reliable financial reporting in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of fixed assets and construction accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots) and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily financial operations and ensure US GAAP compliant reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset records and construction accounting.
