Rise Technical, a privately owned engineering and manufacturing business in Paola, Kansas, seeks an experienced Accountant to work directly with the CFO. You will own key accounting functions and lead month-end close, while driving accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Auditing and month-end close experience, with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close while maintaining GL integrity.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, forecasts and supporting schedules with CFO.
• Oversee AP/AR, audits, working capital and internal controls; identify process improvements.
