Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
• General accounting and financial statement experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred, but not required.
• Interest in developing broader tax planning, advisory, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns.
• Assist with more complex tax returns and review responsibilities based on experience level.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers.
• Support tax planning and advisory engagements.
• Assist business clients with accounting and financial reporting needs.
• Analyze financial information and identify potential planning opportunities.
• Work closely with managers and partners on client engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with process improvements and technology initiatives.
• Stay current on relevant tax and accounting developments.
