HireQuotient seeks an experienced General Manager - Citi Field to lead janitorial and sanitation services for a major stadium in New York. You will oversee event and non-event cleaning, coordinate large union and non-union teams, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.

This full-time role requires strong operational, financial, and people leadership, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Citi Field to lead all janitorial and sanitation services for a large, high-profile stadium. This role oversees event and non-event cleaning operations, manages large union and non-union teams, controls labor and budgets, and ensures exceptional cleanliness and safety standards. Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 Schedule: Hours are based on operational needs. This is a Full-Time position

Requirements

• Experience: 6-20 year
• 7+ years of large-scale cleaning or facilities leadership experience
• Proven success managing high-volume venues and union environments
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
