Job summary

Onebrief is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Security team. You’ll work with SREs, security, and customer success to ensure production reliability, performance, and security in both on-prem DoD environments and AWS cloud.

You will be the first line of support for mission-critical deployments, shaping how we automate guardrails and runbooks, and driving resilient, scalable systems across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years in Platform/DevOps/SRE with infra/ops focus.
• Proven ability to partner with DevOps/Platform and application teams.
• Experience in incident response with root-cause analyses and postmortems.
• Experience automating for scale and security using IaC and cloud/on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement a World-Class Observability Platform with Prometheus, Loki, Alloy, and Grafana.
• Define and uphold reliability via SLIs/SLOs to build trust.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems / AARs.
• Automate for scale and security using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Eliminate operational toil and share best practices for air-gapped environments and production readiness.
