Qualifications

Extensive Production Support, SRE, or DevOps experience in financial services or trading environments.
Strong Linux/Unix, SQL, scripting and programming skills (Python/Java).
Experience with monitoring/observability and incident management for platform reliability.
Knowledge of APIs, messaging, distributed systems, cloud platforms, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Maintain stability, availability, and resilience of the trading platform through proactive monitoring and observability.
Lead and contribute hands-on to production support activities, drive SRE best practices, and reduce toil.
Investigate, resolve, and prevent issues via root cause analysis and postmortems.
Drive automation and continuous improvement for self-healing, workflows, and operational efficiency.
