Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the SRE team to design, implement, and operate reliable cloud-based services at scale. You will build automation, improve observability, and help define SLOs and error budgets.

Working in a hybrid/remote Poland setup, you will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product partners, applying CI/CD practices and modern DevOps to reduce incidents and boost system resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in relevant roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or C# (.NET).
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.
• Hands-on CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain software solutions that improve system reliability, observability, and scalability.
• Develop automation and tooling to support reliability, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Contribute to defining and improving SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Extend and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices through engineering-driven improvements.
• Support RCA investigations and implement long-term fixes through code and automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed SRE principles through software solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and approaches to improve performance and reliability.
