Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned DevOps professional to design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms. You will develop pipeline-as-code solutions, automate releases, and enforce deployment controls across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.

The role requires strong Python scripting, Jenkins Groovy pipelines, Ansible automation, and experience with Artifactory and Liquibase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, CI/CD, Release Engineering, or Release Automation experience.
• Advanced Python scripting experience.
• Strong Jenkins Pipeline (Jenkinsfile/Groovy) development experience.
• Strong Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX experience.
• Hands-on JFrog Artifactory experience.
• Strong Git expertise beyond basic source control usage.
• Experience with Liquibase or comparable database release tooling.
• Experience supporting enterprise SLand release governance processes.
• Experience building automation solutions for consumption by multiple engineering teams.
• Administer JFrog Artifactory repositories.
• Implement artifact publishing and promotion workflows.
• Design environment-specific artifact lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Engineering across platforms.
• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Harness or equivalent.
• Create pipeline-as-code with conditional logic based on branches, tags, release types, and targets.
• Implement reusable deployment workflows for multiple teams.
• Release Automation across DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD environments.
• Implement gates approvals, artifact promotion, and deployment controls.
• Standardize deployments across applications and business units.
• Develop Ansible playbooks from scratch.
• Design reusable Ansible roles and Jinja2 templates.
