We are seeking a highly skilled SRE Architect with 15+ years of experience in SRE, APM/Monitoring tools, Agile methodologies, cloud concepts, and Linux/Unix.

Location: Riverwoods - IL (Remote)

Role And Responsibilities

• Have experience in infrastructure and application architecture
• Build and mentor SRE teams
• Perform SRE activities independently
• Define SRE Roadmaps, Strategies, objectives, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, KPIs
• Implement core SRE principles and practices
• Collaborate on estimation, resource planning, and solution delivery
• Manage requirements and strategize for resiliency
• Triage and RCA of incidents
• Utilize APM tools for observability, monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and automation
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge in SRE Chaos/Resiliency Engineering, Monitoring, Capacity, SLA, and monitoring
• Experience with APM tools like Grafana, Splunk, Datadog; databases; system understanding
• Linux/Unix, scripting, Terraform, Ansible; basic coding skills
• Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint
• Cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native tech
